Q: Is there any features-wise difference between trial and registered component?
No, there is no difference, except the 'Evaluation Copy' message box and expiry.

Q: I have an application, which is download by large number of web customers, how many license keys do I need to buy?
We provide a single license key to single product or service, you need to purchase single license key.

Q: Do I need to pay any royalty or fee to sell the copy of my product after incorporating VaxVoice controls?
No, you don't have to pay any royalty or fee.

Q: In how many copies of my product, can I incorporate it, if I purchase a single license key?
As many as you want.

Q: Do we need to get the .CAB Code Signed Certificate from VeriSign or any other agency?
No, our .CAB is already Microsoft Authenticode Certificate Signed.

Q: Here is what we are trying to do:
A web page will have a button that the visitor can press. This button will cause a connection to an already listening computer. Can VaxVoice solve our problem?

Q: What Codec do you use?
VaxVoice controls use GSM 6.10 to compress or decompress the voice data.

Q: What is the bandwidth requirement for the voice talk?
Single voice session requires only 1.6 Kbytes/second data rate for the voice talk.

Q: Does VaxVoice SDKs work, if Network administrator has blocked the outbound and inbound ports?
No. It is advisable ports (being used by VaxVoice SDKs) should not be blocked by your Network Administrator at firewall/router end.

Q: What are the limitations of VaxVoice controls?
UDP ports should not be blocked by your network administrator at firewall end.

Q: What protocol do you use TCP or UDP?
VaxVoice SDKs use UDP protocol for voice streaming. Because, UDP protocol is a preferred protocol to send voice data over the IP based Network.

Q: Why do u you use UDP/IP rather TCP/IP?
Because, UDP is preferred protocol for voice streaming and most of the voice streaming standard use UDP protocol.

Q: Can I send a message (plain text) using your ocx?

No, we don't sell the source code.
